Applicability: This document governs all use of LilBizWiz.com, LilBizWiz.App, LilBiz.App, and all associated subdomains including lilbizwiz-a1f54.web.app and lilbizwiz-a1f54.firebaseapp.com (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Master Terms of Service (TOS)

Assumption of Risk & Parental Supervision

BY ACCESSING THE PLATFORM, ALL USERS, PARENTS, AND LEGAL GUARDIANS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THEY ARE ENTERING THE WEBSITE AND USING THE SERVICES AT THEIR OWN RISK.

* Mandatory Supervision: Use of this Platform by a minor (any person under the age of 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) strictly requires active parental or legal guardian supervision at all times.

User Responsibility: The Site Owners, Programmers, Developers, and Hosting Providers (including Google Firebase) are not responsible for any real-world actions, financial transactions, or physical interactions resulting from the use of this business tool.

Future-Proof Messaging Protections

While messaging features are currently disabled, should such features be activated in the future, the following rules apply immediately and retroactively:

• Strict Filtering: All messages are subject to real-time AI-driven keyword and sentiment analysis.
• No Private Chats: We reserve the right to require all messaging to be visible to the registered parent/guardian account to ensure safety.
• Data Retention: All communications are logged and archived for safety audits and law enforcement purposes.

2. Total Indemnification & Liability Waiver

The "Hold Harmless" Clause

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User (and their parent/legal guardian) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site Owners, individual Programmers, Developers, Employees, and Third-Party Infrastructure Providers (including but not limited to Google LLC and Google Firebase) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Any breach of the Code of Conduct.
• Any harm (physical, emotional, financial, or digital) allegedly sustained by a minor or any person while using the Platform.

"As-Is" Provision

LilBizWiz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the site will be error-free, 100% secure, or that AI monitoring will catch 100% of prohibited content. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party outages (e.g., Firebase, ISP failures, or cyber-attacks).

3. Universal Code of Conduct

This Platform is a sanctuary for learning. All users must adhere to the strictest code of conduct.

• Zero-Tolerance for Harm: Any user attempting to groom, bully, harass, exploit, or cause harm of any kind to a minor will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities immediately.
• AI Surveillance: By using this site, you hereby grant explicit consent to the continuous monitoring of all activities, inputs, and communications by AI security protocols and human moderators.
• Lifetime Ban: Violation of any safety rule or code of conduct results in an immediate, irrevocable, and permanent ban from all LilBizWiz properties via IP and device-level blocking.

4. Privacy & Data Protection (COPPA/GDPR-K)

Data Minimization

We adhere to the strictest standards of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K. We collect only the bare minimum of data required to provide the service. We do not sell, trade, or analyze children’s data for marketing or advertising purposes.

Security Measures

We employ the Highest Security Measures available in the industry to protect user data, including encrypted databases provided by Google Firebase. However, users acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure. The site owners and developers are not liable for unauthorized breaches that occur beyond our reasonable technical control.
